6 aside games for 6 minutes each way sometimes feels like a lottery but we got off to a flying start scoring in the opening minutes of the first game.

The games were well spaced out meaning trying to keep focus was difficult at times but every player contributed and but for a last minute conceded goal we would have gone into the Cup Semi final.

However, with a real determination to win the boys battled hard in the Plate Semi final and dominated the play.

It was a similar story in the Final and there was a sigh of relief when the final whistle went and we had won!

The Boys showed great determination and team spirit as well as a sense of fair play. Our supporters were second to none and definitely made the difference in the Semi Final and Final!

The only shame was that the rest of the squad weren't able to share in the day as due to restricted numbers we could only enter 1 team.

This is only the start and I am sure more success will come in the future.
